Step 1: Consulting, Analysis and Planning

We analyze your objectives and project content on-site using interviews and workshops. We show you the main weak points and work out solutions which will be written down in business and system specifications.

Step 2: Implementation and Testing

We implement your solution according to a defined project plan and coordinate all partners involved. On request, we can provide evidence of the projects progress.
When the solution is implemented it will be integrated into your existing or a new system environment. We also train your employees. In the subsequent test phase, several adaptations of the cycle may be necessary.

Step 3: Support

After the project is finished we still like to support and consult you on all issues: Because your solution can always be improved after gaining user experience. We will also install a service-hotline, to give you a quick response, if needed.
