Central System Monitoring via Intranet

Various systems within the company such as ERP, WMS, EDM, MES, Intranet and data archives are interconnected over numerous interfaces. To enable an efficient system monitoring, we designed a custom intranet module to monitor the status of all systems.

Connecting external systems

Every professional enterprise web application needs the ability to connect to external systems. So does our product test management system for Tridonic: Product data is exchanged with SAP®, LabVIEW® data is imported for further analysis and PLANVIEW® project management data is used to control workflows.

Group-wide product test management for Tridonic

The web-based product test management system in Dornbirn was extended to four additional sites in Germany, Switzerland, UK and China. Product test results produced on all sites are now up-to-date in one web-based application.

Intranet-Portal for Markus Stolz GmbH

To link the 13 branches across Austria more closely, an intranet-enterprise portal has been developed for the Markus Stolz GmbH. All project data and documents are now available from any location. In addition, reports can be generated in real time to help analyze the current situation.

Auction platform for Santander Bank

The Santander Bank car auction platform in Austria is now online after a successful application rebranding. The platform provides the auctioning of vehicles to dealers and has a back-office solution to manage the auction process.

Automated demand note for suppliers

To support demand planning of Liebherr-Elektronik suppliers, we implemented a automated demand notification system. This helps suppliers to plan their buffer stock more precise and in advance. This way Liebherr-Elektronik can reduce storage costs and will improve delivery dates of its suppliers.

Intranet product calculation

At Liebherr-Elektronik the detailed cost calculations for entire product life cycles have been integrated into the company intranet. The networked teams determine development and production costs, analyze break-even points and simulate various scenarios. The individual product calculations can be aggregated to identify annual costs, revenues and profits of the company.

"Design Validation" now integrates test-ordering

Product-tests can now be ordered within the existing intranet-application "Design-Validation". The new module allows specifying the detailed configuration consisting of devices, lamps, platforms and tests. This will reduce subsequent errors and test-processing time.

Invention Reporting for Zumtobel Lighting

In order to process the submission of possible inventions by the internal staff we created a web based Invention Reporting System. It will be online this January and used across the company group.

Performance measurement system for Liebherr-Elektronik

This web-based application supports companies building their own performance measurement system. Figures are grouped and visualized in data-monitors for an easy daily status overview of different business areas. It is used as a decision support- and control system and therefore helps to identify problems in advance.
